Benitachell sits on high ground between two of the coast's best addresses, and its own coastline is dramatic: sheer cliffs dropping into deep blue water, with the Cala del Moraig at the bottom — a pebble cove reached by a winding road, with a sea cave at one end.
The village itself is small and traditional. Above it spreads Cumbre del Sol, a large residential development on the slopes, where the houses face the sea and the sunsets are the main event.
Here you will feel at home if you want space, silence and a sea view from every window, with two lively towns a short drive away.
